Leadership For Business and Code Professionals

What does leadership mean to you? While leadership is a very complex subject, it's a compilation of many things, from intuition to connection to empowerment, and even sacrifice - to name a few! Many view leadership as position, privilege, and power.

We will discuss a variety of characteristics of leadership, including "the one thing", the foundation of leadership including asking the right questions, understanding the problem, learning to communicate as a means of engagement, and developing an environment of encouragement and support.

Every business professional, regardless of your position, should have a perspective of true leadership personally and professionally.
