This is a comprehensive presentation about Tiny House construction, from the Plan Review, Zoning, Permitting & Inspections phases to the regulations within the City of Austin- Land Development Code for Zoning (LDC-Z), International Building Code (IBC), and Texas Department of Licensing & Regulations (TDLR). 

Day one (November 6, 2024, 9 am to Noon) will be a classroom presentation

Day two (November 7, 2024) will be a field trip to Village Farms, a self-sustaining tiny home community in Austin. Two time slots are available: 9 am - 11 am or 1 pm - 3 pm.
