What Could Richie From The Bear Teach Us About Hospitality and City Hall?
If you’ve watched The Bear, you know Richie isn’t exactly the person you’d expect to become passionate about hospitality. He’s rough around the edges, resistant to change, and not always convinced that the little things matter.
So what does Richie have to do with municipal government?
Quite a bit, actually.
We may not be serving dinner in a fine restaurant, but every permit counter, inspection, phone call, complaint, and public meeting gives us the same opportunity…where hospitality and municipal service meet.
